About the author
Frank Rockland is my pen name and I'm currently based in Ottawa. I was born in Italy and I moved to Canada when I was a year old. I retired, in March 2014, after 27 years of service with the federal government.
Between May and September I spend my time trying vainly to lower my golf handicap.
